The process
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CONTACT US

Tell us what's happening
Call, WhatsApp or send photos. A model number, a serial plate or an error code on the screen tells us more than anything else you can give us.

Speak to an engineer
Harry looks at what you've sent and tells you what it most likely is, whether it needs a visit, and how urgent it is.

Site visit if it's needed
We attend and diagnose properly. Some faults are fixed on the spot. Some need a part ordering, and we'll say so rather than guess.

A clear recommendation
Repair, service or replace, with the reasoning and a fixed price. If repairing is the better call, we'll say that even though replacing pays us more.

Work completed
Carried out to manufacturer specification, tested, and left clean. You get told what was done and what to watch.

Still here afterwards
The same number, the same engineer. Aftercare is the part most people only find out about when something goes wrong the second time.
