For other lift companies
THE PLATFORM LIFT
SPECIALIST YOU CAN
SEND OUT
Overflow callouts, commissioning and the platform lift work your team would rather not take on. We work under your name, report to you, and leave your customer as your customer.

WHEN YOU'D CALL US
The job landed the wrong end of your patch
A single callout three hours away costs you a day and makes you nothing. We are based at Meopham and cover London, Kent, Essex, Surrey, Sussex and Hertfordshire.
It's a platform lift and your team are stairlift people
They are genuinely different disciplines. Governors, safety gear, mag switch brackets and shaft rebuilds are what we do every week rather than twice a year.
You're at capacity and the customer is waiting
Overflow callouts and diagnostics so a contract customer is not sat waiting on your engineer coming free next Thursday.
You need a second opinion before you quote a replacement
Plenty of lifts written off as obsolete are repairable. We will tell you straight either way, so the number you give your customer holds up.
WHAT WE TAKE ON
HOW WE WORK WITH YOU
Subcontracting only works if you can hand over a customer without worrying about getting them back. The logos on our homepage are lift companies we already work alongside.
We work under your name
If the relationship is yours, it stays yours. We turn up in the right kit, we are civil to your customer, and we do not hand out our number on your site.
You get the engineer's report, not a summary
What was wrong, what was done, what to watch. Written so you can pass it straight to your customer without rewriting it.
We don't poach
This only works if you can send us to a customer without wondering. Several lift companies already do.

Read the jobTHE QUESTIONS YOU'LL ACTUALLY ASK
Yes. If the customer relationship is yours, it stays yours. We attend as your subcontractor, report to you, and leave the customer conversation to you.
No. The whole arrangement depends on you being able to send us out without wondering, and several lift companies already do. It would be a short-sighted way to lose repeat work.
London, Kent, Essex, Surrey, Sussex and Hertfordshire as standard, from the workshop at Meopham. We travel further for the right job, particularly on platform lift specialist work where there are few people to call.
We are independent. Regular work on Motala, Aritco, Cibes, Wessex and Stannah, plus Acorn, Barduva, Brooks, NAMI, Vimec, Handicare and Thyssen. Send the model and serial number and we will tell you honestly if it is outside what we do.
Yes, where you need a competent person. Reports are issued in-house and written to be passed straight to your customer.
Same-day on weekdays where we can, subject to where we are that morning. We do not claim 24/7 cover, because we do not offer it, and you would rather know that now than at 9pm.
GOT A JOB YOU'D RATHER HAND OVER?
Send the make, model and postcode. Harry will tell you whether it's one for us and roughly what it involves, before anyone commits.
Same-day callouts on weekdays. You speak to the engineer, not a call centre.
