Recent Aritco work includes a full manual-to-automatic door operator conversion across three floors, and trailing cable replacement on an Aritco 9000. Both are jobs where getting it wrong means a lift out of use for weeks, so they tend to go to people who have done them before.

Nearly always a door or gate contact that has not made. Check every landing, not only the one you are standing at. If they all look shut, it needs an engineer.
